Very disappointed with this store, dirty tables, ice cream isn't what it used to be and very expensive for the quality. I have had BR ice cream in many other stores, and even overseas, this is an isolated one which is not good enough.

Shocked is best description of how utterly filthy and run down the store was. Everything - walls, floors, door, fittings just caked with grime. Only padded seat was slashed open and falling apart. I was with a group which is only reason I did not leave immediately. Could not enjoy small cup of ice cream purchased as kept wondering just how bad the food prep and kitchen areas were if the public areas were so neglected. It takes years to achieve this level of dirt. Subiaco is an old but generally upmarket area. This experience a huge red flag for the overall brand for me. Disgusted.

I love Baskin Robbins so much and I was so disappointed when I came to the store at 9:40 and they said they wouldn't serve me because they were closing... Even though closing time is at 10. When I pointed this out to them, they said they needed time for packing up".Saying I was heartbroken would be an understatement. I feel betrayed. Disappointed 13 year old Baskin Robbins worker who wanted to finish 20 minutes early so you could go home to watch cartoons."

I purchased a deal from scoopon which is $2.50 for one scoop ice cream from baskin Robbin. I went to Baskin Robin Subiaco last night, redeemed my Scoopon voucher. The girl who worked there literally only gave me one table spoon of ice cream. This is ridiculous, I have never had one table spoon ice cream that cost for $ 2.50. That was such an expensive ice cream. I would never go back for such a bad service.

The help I received from the girl working Sat 24/7/22 went above and beyond - by packing the large take home tub as I had asked I could turn it upside down and decorate with a cool pattern inside when cut open, Thank You. I contacted the store to pass on my appreciation to you.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and was shocked when I turned up and this is the cake I got - it looks nothing like the picture in the book. After complaining to Baskin Robbins head office, they apologised and gave me an $80 store credit which I thought was very generous and I appreciated.We just turned up to the Subi store, ordered some ice creams and asked to use the credit. I was told they can’t use it as a form of payment because it makes their cash register crash…The complete lack of customer service and incompetence of this store is almost funny.
